OFFICE LIGHTING
In order to ensure proper lighting for people to perform their tasks at work, the International Commission on Illumination has defined recommendations on the:
• minimum levels of lighting (lux) to ensure enough light to see what you are doing;
• maximum levels on glare to protect the eyes against too high brightness levels (UGRL);
• minimum levels of colour rendering in order to enable sufficient colour differentiation (Ra).
